Shipping Policy - Flat Rate $4.99 Yippee

Shipping is a flat $4.99 for purchases under $60. All purchases over $60 ship for free in the USA. All products will leave our warehouse within three business days from time of order. Any duty fees and/or taxes that may be due upon receiving a package in a different country will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Please note that some products are sold as final sale (such as any essential oil bottles) - no returns will be accepted on those items.

 

Return Policy – 14 Day Return Policy (Two Weeks - not bad)

We will happily exchange any new, unused item for an item of equal or lesser value within 14 days of purchase with a packing slip. You may return at your expense for a full refund of the product price and taxes (if applicable), within 14 days of receiving the order.

Unused means not washed and in the original packaging. We can only accept returns on items that are still in new condition (must not have any dog fur, dirt, stains, or odors present and returned in original packing).

All our items are personally inspected and packed by our small business. If you have a defective product,let us know by taking a picture and emailing us at DorisD@Jps.net.  If a product is defective, it may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days and we will cover shipping costs for returning the item.

Lost or Stolen Packages - It's A Tough World

Ownership of packages is turned over to USPS and transfers to the buyer once shipped. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. If your package shows delivered and you did not receive it, please call your local USPS to discuss and file a claim.
